    I've criticized Konga a lot but I must say I'm impressed with recent improvement in responding to emails.  I've had issues resolved within 2hours some guys at shq are doing a nice job.  I must single out Ebere for her prompt response to resolve complains

    Yeah. Has anybody noticed how fast K!Express deliver lately? Though some of my shipped items are been stalled i.e they arrive buyers states any nothing more happens. Ebere i know you have asked me to send email to kongamall and i have done that 2-3 days straight but no one is responding to me. It will break my heart if i have to wait another 5 weeks to get them back. Please look into this for me. It would really be nice if Konga can have something like a Chat line where you can chat with the konga team guys who can / might be able to solve the problem ALMOST immediately.
