  • KOS Eleme- why so much disorganisation?

    as shown in the tracking details below, KOS eleme has refused to deliver my order. they take it out and reschedule by on their own all the time. to think the item got to them 9 days ago and the customer has been expecting it since. would it not have been better to return it and allow me sell it to someone else? its not like the customer declined or anything, they are the ones who aren't delivering it. 
    
    how are we as sellers supposed to survive with this kind of attitude. item was shipped on the 21st making it 14days in transit. i am sure customer has lost interest cos she no longer talk to me and even if it was delivered, i'd have to wait another seven days to get paid. making it 3 weeks from shipment to delivery - that's if it's delivered at all. 
    
    KOS Eleme is one centre i always pray to not ship to. this is not their first time and i am sure i am not alone. 
    
    And this is just one of the few items that i have undelivered o. i pray we find solutions to logistic in this country

    It happened to me, mine was rescheduled everyday for 2 weeks, I called and called them to no avail, eventually the item was returned without even Delivering it to the buyer. That branch is something else

    The KOS delivery team at the Eleme are something else, konga seems not to have control over them, they do as they please and they choose, it's fun to them becos they have done it to me severally, I have spoken to one of the delivery guys at that center and he was very rude and nonchalant, I have complained to konga several times and there seems to be no solution to the problem, I say it here categorically that my delivery to that route in port hacourt is less than 40% by my estimation of all my orders going to that Port hacourt side....
    
    Every now and then konga brings one rule or the other that's not convenient for a seller like me, thy introduce charges at will without consulting sellers, bit by bit they are pushing sellers like me to the wall, but I'm sure someday all this will stop, becos really what will stop it will surely stop it and put an end to it ....
    
    
    Konga you can do all you want all the time but when the times comes and all these continue then selllers will be leaving your platform one after the other 
    
    Either you guys like it or not, there's gonna be another seller platform with better offer and surely better reach ....No permanent chairman ooooo
