As you know Konga is working on a system to lessen PoD and its impact.
    1. Phase 1 of this will be rolled out on the 9th. Buyers will be able to use KongaPay to debit their accounts and put money in escrow. It will be the simplest (yet secure) payment channel ever. You don't need an ATM Card. Only NUBAN.
    2. Phase 2 will allow a seller to request money from a buyer. For example, if a new PoD transaction has been made, A seller can contact the buyer and request a full/partial commitment that will be subject to escrow before shipping. A buyer can also pay a seller subject to escrow.
For Phase 2, we would like your input on the most important features that will make a payment system, linked directly to bank account, that will be useful to you.
Please keep your feedback constructive and relevant to the conversation. You may ask questions if you need clarification.

It all sounds like a good ideal, lets just hope and pray it works. Well done Konga for trying to sort out issues raised.

Nice one from konga, but what happens when a buyer pays for an item before delivery but later ask for a refund due to late delivery from kexpress, cause I have had cases of buyers rejecting items shipped on time but delivered late to them so it was rejected.

Konga seems to be listening. That's a huge relief.
    However, I have a question.
In the event the buyer has agreed to commit and still ends up rejecting the item, what then happens.?
