    Hi,
    Is anyone experiencing this problem when trying to register for konga pay with zenith bank account.
    It is giving me error ::Please check the date of birth and try again.
    
    I have gone to my bank and update my dob yet the error persist.
    Also has konga disable the old form of payment via konga wallet.
    
    They should tell us more about their form of payment.

    Hello,
    I am also having issues completing registration on kongapay. i have been sent OTP and applied the code immediately but it says "It appears your bank needs an updated phone number for you".......
    
    Konga should at least make options in cases like this where one finds it difficult to complete registration. Please also contact Zenith Bank regarding this issue.

    I have gone to my bank and update my dob. My account is personal and not corporate .
    
    And i  do not understand why konga is forcing us to use kongapay. I prefer the wallet pending when konga perfect their kongapay. We should be giving the option of using either of the 2 payment system.
    
    Right now i have money in escrow that i cannot withdraw

    Hello Olumide, do confirm you are registering an individual account and not a corporate bank account as the date of birth must match the one used in registering such account. Also if your bank is listed among the banks on K-pay, you will only have access to use K-Pay while the wallet only applies to sellers whose banks are not listed with K-Pay.
    
    @Monsurat, please ensure the phone number is correct and retry. If issue persists, kindly send an email to mall@konga.com with details of your store and issue being faced during registration.

    Its same here when trying to register with my EcoBank account but the error i am receiving is "It appears your bank needs an updated phone number for you".
