    Are you aware that your Konga Ez website is chaos on Android phones? The search feature is ineffectual, search results are futile and navigation is exasperating. 
    It's been like that for a very long time so I'm beginning to wonder, is it that y'all are unaware or you're just not doing anything about it?

    Thank you for this feedback. Our engineering team is currently investigating this and we should come up with resolution soon.

    I second to Joy's experience. The seller hq does that same. When the seller account is logged in using a samsung galaxy phone, to track an order, it takes a very long time for the page to load. a pop up message will ask if you will like to wait or cancel. If cancel button is clicked, the whole page is refreshed and the same problem will persist.

    Hello Joy, 
    I have been able to confirm Konga EZ functionality on 2 Android phones; (LG & an iPhone) and all seems well. 
    However, it's possible this applies to specific Android phones. Kindly send screenshots of issues experienced to aid our investigation and possible resolution alongside the type of phone and model to help us narrow down the issue.
