Hi everyone, I'm here to ask a basic question. What is the difference between Konga Pay and Konga Wallet?
Here's why I'm asking: At the time of opening my store, I added a GTB account to Konga Wallet, and having made a couple of sales, I was expecting to see 'alert' I didn't see. So just now I noticed Konga Pay, then registered. I added a Zenith Bank account, and a N500 (maybe bonus or whatsoever alert came in). So I'm wondering what's the difference please.

    Hello Oluwatosin,
Do ensure you are registered as a seller and not as a buyer. As a seller, you will be required to register from your SellerHQ dashboard and not from http://konga.com.
Also, if your bank account is not qualified to register for KongaPay, this will not be visible on your SHQ dashboard. Thiss is however applicable if your account is a corporate account.
For more clarification, please contact us via mail- mall@konga.com or call to speak with us on 08094605555

    Hi Oluwatosin,
I had the same issue with my Kongapay account because i registered as a buyer instead of a seller. All i did to resolve the issue was to send a mail with my store details and short description of the issue i was experiencing to support@kongapay.com

    Hi There,
I'm facing an issue with Kongapay seems I really don't know how it works still. I've registered and gotten a #500 bonus and I made sales and after the expiration of the return policy, the money moved into my wallet. I guess it was meant to be automatically moved into my registered Access Bank account. Well I still had to do a regular payout and have to wait for 3 working days. Please of what use is this Kongapay to sellers ?

UBA is one of the banks registered on Kongapay. Please confirm your UBA account is an individual bank account not a corporate bank account, the icon is only available to individual accounts holders with banks registered on Kongapay.
If issue persists, kindly send an email to support@kongapay.com or contact 08099990295
    Thank you

I do not have KongaPay showing on my SHQ. My preferred bank will be UBA Plc.

@ Dayo, if you have successfully delivered the items, your money will first go to 'Escrow" account pending the maturity of 7days return policy on the item. the money will then be moved to your Konga wallet after 7day from which you can now pay out to your GTB bank acct. you added. on the other side, KongaPay allow you to get the money in your bank acct after the 7days returns policy laps instead of having it in you wallet again which will take another 1-3working days to land in your bank acct.
