PLEASE KONGA CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
Order Number - F274243848001 was sent out from my store on the 15-03-2016 to a customer in Abuja.
I just picked up the item exactly the way i sent it myself from the konga drop off zone close to me today 09-05-2016. I called the customer to find out what happened. He told me he was called the very day they were meant to deliver it but he was not around. He works in KD and also a partner with Konga. He asked the delivery person to hold on to it at their Abuja office so he can pick it up but they refused claiming there's a policy of making sure orders don't stay more than ((5 DAYS!!!)). So my item has been sleeping, waking, bathing, eating and drinking in your possession for close to 2 months. You guys just decided to send it bank to me today!!!
Then Order number - No. F435430619001
5 Orders Returned today. Orders that have been placed more than a month ago!!! How do you suggest one can do a smooth business on your platform IF returned and undelivered orders are held back for a long period of time?
PLEASE!!! I need a response to this issue Konga and not the usual template line you guys always drop "WE WILL LOOK INTO IT".
I still haven't heard anything from konga regarding the customer that thought a brown bag was black when it got to him for delivery.
