    I have been trying to register on konga pay but my bank ( first bank) is not among the enlisted banks again. What baffles me is that it was there before but it was rejecting my account information which i guess must be a technical issue. Now that it's no longer there and the deadline in opening is around the corner, what happens next?

    Hello Folasade,

    All 26 banks in Nigeria are available for K-Pay, if you are making use of a mobile browser, please scroll down to the bottom and you will find all the enlisted banks. For a better experience, please make use of a laptop.

    When registering, ensure you enter your correct details which includes;
    -BVN
    -Correct expiry date for your card (personal individual account)
    -phone number tied to your bank account
    -date of birth registered with the bank.

    If you do this correctly and registration is unsuccessful, do not hesitate to send an email to mall@konga.com.

    Do have a splendid weekend
