    Good day,
    I'm  Aisha,a new seller. Been trying to register on Konga Pay and been inserting my exact date of birth in the portal meant for it however it keeps telling me I can't register because its an error. The format on the portal allows the Day,Month and Year and I filled as appropriate. I still get errors.

     Hello Aisha,
    Please confirm you are registering an individual account and not a corporate bank account as the date of birth must match the one used in registering such account. If issue persists, kindly send an email to mall@konga.com with details of your store and issue being faced during registration.
