    I tried filling the kongapay form,it seems there are FEWER BANKS listed?I did not find my bank listed?Has anybody got this issue?

    I have also tried registering on Konga Pay months and a few weeks ago but to no avail. It keeps saying: "One or more details entered is incorrect. Please edit your details". I have edited severally and I still can't register. I have  also called Konga Customer care, sent a mail to Konga and I was told I needed to verify my details with my bank (GTB) so I called GTConnect & also sent a mail to GTConnect. There was no error found from my bank's end. I have reason to believe that KongaPay is the one at fault here not any of us because we can't all complain of the same thing at different time intervals. I really hope this registration problem would be resolved ASAP. Thanks.

    Kindly ensure you input your phone number on the space for numbers and not the email space.

    I currently cannot register Konga pay, when i try submitting details at the final stage, it says "Invalid Mobile Number". Kindly help

    Dear all,
    K-Pay currently has 5 listed banks- UBA, Zenith Bank, Access Bank, FCMB & Diamond Bank. We are however working ceaselessly with other banks and already in talks with them to ensure all our sellers are able to access the K-Pay services. 
    Also, we are currently experiencing issues with SellerHQ that may have affected your ability to create products, update your product quantity and your escrow balance not moving into your wallet. Our technical team is working on this and will restore all services as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause your business and we request for your patience as we resolve all outstanding issues 
    We will communicate accordingly once they have been restored.

    i cant register on the konga pay. it tells me "Please check the date of birth and try again". Please assist.

    Am I the only one having issues with registering with Konga Pay? When I clicked on 'Register' (under SHQ) I was met with a blank page. I emailed mall@konga and they said it will take up to 48hrs to rectify. So frustrating as I have money sitting in my Konga Pay account!!!

    Hello Oluwakemi,
    Kongapay is a medium to make process flow for payment easier for both sellers and buyers.
    Thank you for your trust in Konga as regards Kongapay. 
    Kindly be patient as other banks will come on board with time.

    It's absurd to create a faster pay system that exclude other banks, without any mention of listing more banks to the group.
