severally calls and mails have been pull through to Konga....all @ deaf hears,as they care about exploiting merchants and not caring about them.
The return rate of orders is enormous and all this is the fault of konga 's delays, dispatch riders don't call customers before moving an order out for delivery and konga don't even do necessary routine checks on all these factors...
Its so painful that Konga platform as suddenly become a no go area,merchants incures losses,and yet konga still extort the little one in our escrow as shipping charges after deducting shipping charges already..
