Dear Sellers, In preparation for the huge Konga Mobile Shopping App Sales event coming up tomorrow, between 28th May - 1st June 2015, here’s our checklist for you to consider: ENSURE YOU HAVE ADEQUATE INVENTORY: By now, all participating sellers should have an updated inventory to reflect only the quantity of goods you have available for the Mobile Shopping App Sales, and also available for immediate processing & shipment. If you have other channels that you offer same products for sale, we advise that you update only 50%-75% of your total stock quantity on Konga. That way, you avoid a high cancellation rate. SHIP ORDERS ON TIME- Accept new orders within 24 hours and ship within 48 hours as this is the first step towards ensuring your orders are delivered to customers on time. You can choose to use K-Express for some orders and self-fulfil other items. It is encouraged to self-deliver items where the buyer lives close to you as you get the items to the buyer faster and can receive your cash on the spot. REQUEST FOR FEEDBACK- You can’t generate good reviews unless you have happy customers to write them. After you have delivered a product, you can request for feedback on the product/service they just received. Short delivery time and happy customers are very strongly correlated. Exceeding your customer's expectations, by surpassing delivery time, is really the one thing that you as a seller can influence to make a happy customer and lead to high seller rating.
