  Hello Event team, biko make una send me my Eventbrite invitation o! i sent my name and store name and evidence of payment to your mail address events@konga.com and am yet to get a response regarding this. 
  
  I dont want to be shut out of the venue biko.

  Thanks for the response, however i got a mail from "Konga Online Shopping" but it doesnt have any ticket in there, so i dont know what i am to show at the venue as your FAQ says ticket has to be printed and presented at the venue.

  Please note that from our record an eventbrite invite has previously been sent to your mailbox, kindly go through your spam messages for emails for 'Konga Mall"  and or "Konga Online Shopping".
