AN order was placed this afternoon on my store, 20th march, and I never received a notice of new order, (I check my store one to two times a day), rather what I received was a notice that the order has been cancelled my me. my question is can buyers cancelled an already placed order themselves instead of the store owner, or is this a system problem. thanks
Hello Asogwa,buyers can make a request to Konga for cancellation of already placed orders. However please send the details of this cancelled order to email@example.com for information on reason for cancellation.
