First off, the mods on the konga forum banned me, now why they would do that is what I do not know as I have never said anything on this forum that is not the truth, probably the mods would want me to always praise konga, they fail to realize that the fact I air my opinions here is better for them, if I should air my opinions on NL, hahahaha Konga go hear am. That being said, mods do not attempt to ban me again. Secondly, I received an order from Abuja last week which I shipped, as of Monday/Tuesday I checked the tracking and it showed that the Delivery was attempted, I checked again yesterday and it showed Rejected by Customer, I then decided to call the customer just now to find out reasons behind the rejection, only for the customer to tell me that she did not reject any delivery by any konga personnel, that she only received a call from them the day before yesterday and rescheduled the delivery to be delivered yesterday. It is unfortunate what konga and it's staffs make we the seller to pass through. We sellers keep complaining about the buyers been our problem, but if care is not taken, they might just not be our only problems on konga. #justsaying.

Hello Henry, Our delivery team is trained on a regular basis as we do all to ensure all orders get delivered as quickly as possible. Customers are called before delivery is attempted, and updates are made accordingly. I assure you we will investigate this and do the needful, please send the order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. The order will be rescheduled for delivery if the customer confirms interest. I have same case for a paid order ( How on earth can a customer reject an already paid item before seeing it.) I just saw attempted delivery, and order on its way to you. Because I have been in contact with the buyer I chatted her up as late as 10pm and she replied they called her but she told them to bring it to her school that she believe they will deliver it before monday. That I shouldn't worry. I have decided not to worry till I get the item back. The delivery men should have incentive for delivered orders if it's not yet in place, and penalty for returned items due to their lack of care.

Hello Henri, Thank you all for all feedback received. we understand all raised concerns and we are continually taking steps towards working out all loopholes, we will request that all suggestions remain constructive and as our merchants, refrain from disrespecting the company or other parties through choice of words. Also note, users are informed via phone and or email reiterating the code of conduct when forum rules have been violated. A user can only be banned from the forum when the forum rules have been violated severally by the user. Complaints received through the forum are redirected to the appropriate unit and a response will be provided within 24hours-48hours. We however implore that you exercise patience and await a response within the stipulated resolution time of 24-48hours from email@example.com as all hands are usually on deck towards providing swift resolution to both our sellers and our buyers.
