    A customer from PH placed an order for an item last week which I shipped using Kexpress. The order arrived over the weekend and was scheduled to be delivered on Monday, later on Monday I tracked the order to confirm delivery only for me to see "delivery rescheduled by buyer", today again I tracked the order and it shows "delivery rescheduled by buyer" again, meaning the order was not delivered on Monday and Tuesday because  Kexpress claims "delivery rescheduled by buyer'. I decided to call the buyer to confirm what exactly was going on, called her some minutes back only for her to inform me she had not received any communication from any staff of konga or kexpress regarding the order or delivery or any other order, she informed me she had already contacted konga(because it was already past the delivery date I gave her) to inquire about the delivery of the order only to be informed it would be delivered asap.
    Now I am wondering, are Kexpress dispatchers deliberately lying, or is there a technical glitch on the Kexpress tracking website, or what exactly is wrong here?
    I would like to know.
