    I received a call yesterday from Konga customer care to pick up my returned items from an address at Maryland within 24 hours whilemy store address is Akure, Ondo State. How am I supposed to do that? It was same way I was called by their staff at Akure last week to pick up within 48 hours unless....    I had to cancel other appointments.
    
    This short notices and distance was not what was communicated to us in their last circular. They should kindly transfer my returned items to Akure

    Hello Michael,
    Apologies for this, your returned orders should be sent to the k-express center closest to your address on SHQ, please send an email to mall@konga.com stating the affected order numbers for a swift resolution.

    I think Festac is where i drop off and that is where my returns should be sent...........

    I got the same call today ...... Mandating me in a very autoritative voice to come to Ogudu and pick up my returns while my address is in Ojo Local government and i normally pick up my returns from Festac or trade-fair....... This guy that called me today even threatened to do something to the returns if i don't come pick it up today..... I was even begging him to send it to festac where it would be a little more easy for me to pick it up ...... He refused and hanged up.... But who made the mistake of taking the return to Ogudu?? i don't even know where Ogudu is.... I have never picked up any returns from Ogudu... I thot you guys sort these orders according to Local goverment or address of the seller.... Please send my returns to festac..... Thank you.

    Apologises for all delays in resolving your pending issues,  kindly note all mall related complaints are sent to our dedicated mailbox - mall@konga.com to ensure a proper documentation and follow up on resolving these issues.
    
    As regards your returned orders , please forward the affected order numbers via email to enable the appropriate teams reroute these orders to your current location.

    i equally got same call from akure that i should come today .. i wonder if they caller thinks i just reside behind their office or what

    konga create separate emails for different complains. this one mall@konga only keeps sending case numbers. few are actually addressed. i have some orders in arbitration over 2months no response from mall@konga about it. one a faithful day i would post my grievance here since that is only when you guys take it serious
