    The time we all have been waiting for is here! The reviewed quality control process begins on Monday 18th September 2017. This process is aimed at improving the buying and selling experience on the platform by reducing the following:
    1. the number of wrong shipment
    2. the number of complaints on incomplete items shipment  
    3. the average time spent by merchants at drop off locations.
    Effective Monday 18th, you will be required to package your orders in the new serialized packaging materials. Please note that orders not packaged in the new materials will not be accepted at the point of shipping by KOS. Items should be properly packaged in compliance with our packaging guideline.

    To have your packaging materials delivered to your preferred pickup location, you will be required to input your “preferred pickup location address” as the delivery address at the point of “check out”.
    NB: To avoid falling into the “Non-compliant group”, you must ensure that you ship exactly what was ordered by your customer. For further information on the Quality Control Process please refer to our earlier communications.
