    Merry Christmas and hope we are all enjoying the holidays.
    Please I need assistance with an issue I am having presently.
    I put some my goods on the platform on ''pause'' but it is still showing on ''live on site'' thereby allowing buyers order for these products.
    I am running out of stock on this products is the reason I put them on pause but if buyers are still able to place order for them, it leaves me at a tight corner because I may not be able to cater to them since I am running out of stock.
    I have received 2 orders this evening for products I have put on pause.
    Please kindly advice on what I should do?

    Thank you for  the information, and your "detail" to the selling process.
    Please kindly send a mail to mall@konga.com, stating your store name, item name, item SKU number, and Category.
    Our process team will put a fix to the issue as soon as they get your email.
