  • Issues with sizing on Konga

I would like to suggest that Konga allows the EU sizes for shoes as this is what Nigerians are familiar with. Even if the size chart is available on the site, not everyone is familiar with his or her UK size equivalent. I don't understand why a buyer who wants a size 37/38 would order for a UK 8 which is a 42.
Please help with this so as to reduce cancellations.

@Adetoun S, inserting a size chart might not work so well as a majority of the buyers most shop using their mobile/smart phones, and the size chart might not display properly on a mobile/smart phone compared to the display when viewing via a computer screen or tablet. I think the best suggestion is to list the size and its equivalent/alternate sizes for the different country size side by side, that is, the USA size, the UK size, and the Europe size should be displayed side by side, so any interested buyer can see all the sizes without having to click for a size chart. Also, not everyone is really familiar with what a size chart is.

I hope konga will do something this time, it is really so frustrating.
@ Adetoun nice one. I wanted to copy something like that and send it to konga but i couldnt.
For baby size they put infant in the box, toddler, youth or big kids.

Best thing is to insert size chart into shoe listing. This can be done at the point of review. It is basically a link to PDF/JPEG page showing comparison of Euro/UK/US. It's a basic solution to many headaches of shoe returns and cancellations. We hope Konga considers this

Yes, supported, Nigerians are more familiar with EU sizes, after that comes USA sizes, it is only few Nigerians that are familiar with UK sizes.

    Hi Horlah,
    Thanks for your suggestion.
We did a survey and noticed that buyers are more conversant with UK sizing. Before now we used the EU sizing but had a lot more problems.
We are making a couple of changes on the front end that would make the Sizing Chart more visible to buyers. It is very possible that the buyer you mentioned did not confirm his/her UK size equivalent.
