  • Issues dropping orders off at KEX location - Bode Thomas

    Ever since the introduction of the new order life cycle...KEX locations (Bode Thomas, to be exact) are having issues accepting orders. Is anyone else experiencing such at other locations??
    
    I had 2 orders in this past week, where they told us the customer cancelled the order but the customer did not cancel, i had to tell my girl to go back again and insist the order was not cancelled.Eventually they accepted the order, as it was still showing on SHQ as accepted and we called the customer. 
     i also have a new order that they currently wont accept and clock is ticking to ship...KEX said it is not showing in their system. With these issues, it would be fair to relax the 48hrs shipping time as some of these issues are out of our hand also the cost of transporting these goods back and forth is piling up...if there are known issues for this location, please communicate to us, so we can look into other locations.
