  • Is konga introducing another escrow period on kongapay?

I log in into my kongapay account this afternoon to transfer my payout for Wednesday to my bank account only to find the payout is still in "escrow"
Why is the payout amount in another escrow? It's supposed to be in my wallet so I can transfer to my bank account. Not another escrow after waiting for 3-7 days escrow on konga shq and about another 4 days to reach the Monday or Wednesday payout day.

My own has been 18 days now, after all the delay in confirming my delivered order in my store account.
All you keep getting when you call or send msg to them is "sorry" we are upgrading kongapay. Upgrading konga pay in our own expense? I have staffs to settle but i couldn't because my money is still with konga in another escrow! Why??
This is not the way konga was before, but since introduction of kongapay, things have been so difficult for us sellers! I pay subscription and commission on my account, still they can't pay me after all the awaiting long delivery of my item.
Some of us has loan or borrowed money, yet we can't settle our bills...
This is very unfair and i think it is high time they introduce another measure to protect us sellers in their platform like paying extra money to us if your due money is delayed before it is paid out into your account.
I am not happy and my inner most wish is to close my account with you people because it seems you guys are broke! If you can't pay sellers again, why not tell us so that we can move our business into another platform? It is very bad, thank you.
