    Just recently, I keep receiving cancellation messages after 8 - 9 months of shipping orders but delivered neither returned. Am I the only one in this issue? Please, share your experience too.

    I've received over 500 order cancellation messages today. How do I send all these order numbers to Kong. That's a lot of work.

    Same here. I understand it is a technical problem and konga are working on it. Be calm, resolution should come shortly.

    You are not alone. I have received over 40 cancellation mails on orders that have been delivered ages ago. That's a lot of orders to forward to mall@Konga.com
