    When i send an email to mail@konga.com, i dont get the auto response until 24 hours later. To be precise, it started on Friday evening.... The auto response is generated immediately with a case number but now it is delayed.

    Well system is not perfect, flaws sometimes.  But be patient, it works well now. Just got an auto response immediately.
