    Please i want to know this, i have ask konga customer care the moralities used to commission to merchant, i am confused, is it that konga now charge commissions on both order that have successfully been confirmed as delivered and also order that has been shipped but not delivery but rejected or return, This whole system is getting me crazy, imagine my store was on suspension closed to 2 weeks till date, and now, why am still battling for them to restore my store back, they sent me my invoice of august..... and below is this part of the message i quoted:  
     "Please be informed that the modalities for which invoices are charged are based on the shipped orders that have been successfully delivered to the customers and also updated as delivered as well. Also another criteria, is the percentage to be paid as commission on these shipped orders."

    @Ebere I just login to my Shq saw a notice of unpaid invoice, on checking the invoice i saw a amount over 100k which is impossible, have only done self delivery twice the first invoice was auto deducted, the second invoice out to be for a smartwatch of 15k, so i don't understand why am getting a invoice of such amount, secondly the status of the payment is currently at "overdue" which will result in store suspension, my store must not be suspended cause of some accounting error on you guys side. 
    kindly rectify ASAP

    Hello Osaro,
    Commissions are charged on only successful deliveries and order that have been marked as delivered.
     For returned and rejected orders commissions will not be charged. 
    Invoices are issued for only POD Self delivered orders, also be informed percentage charged is based on the category of the item sold.
