  • Invoice payment - urgent help needed

    Why am I waking up to a notice on my Shq that I have an overdue invoice and store will be suspended in 4 hours??? There is more than enough money in my konga wallet to cover the invoice due and konga has always deducted invoice payment automatically from my wallet on the 15th of every month. If there is a change in the process kindly communicate this ahead...if invoices payments are not deducted automatically from wallet anymore then I would still like to use the money in my wallet to pay for this instead I am giving the option to pay with a debit card...can someone look into this urgently??? I would have sent an email but it takes 48hrs to get a response and my store will be suspended in 4hrs or so.

    Thanks Ebere. I just spoke to customer care....the line keeps getting disconnected though... I was told to send an email to mail@konga auhthorizing the wallet deduction for the invoice payment and call back so the email can be pushed through. I sent the email -z1442317275053 but can't get through to customer care again. Thanks
