I just saw the mail & went through the new premium and classic rates & I must say its too much to pay as much as 12% on beauty products & 15% on fashion. I think konga should concentrate more on spreading their drop off and pick up centres to all parts of the country. They should make items delivered to buyers choice of pickup centre free or a min of N500 rate. I sell on konga and there are a lot of issues, my store has being suspended once & d new threat is my next suspension (which will likely not be my fault), I will pay N10000. Konga I hav a lot of cancellation cos im into make up. whenever I get an order I call to confirm & most times dse customers seek my advice on whats best for them, I suggest to them & they make another order. I take the pain callin and pleading with them to cancel their previous order & they say they don't know how to about it, I tell them to call & send d number but dey claim its not going. despite all these challenges all konga can do is increase commission dreby increasing prices, and making competitiom btw konga and oda ecommerce website siffer. Well good luck with that but look inwards at the sellers plight, not punish us the more

I am really curious to see what will happen come July 31st. We have seen Konga come up with hard rules for sellers etc while the issue of unserious buyers and delayed deliveries by KEX still exist, How are you guys planning to tackle these issues, i am sure some people wont mind paying the increased commission if they see reduced returns etc, but time will tell...

Frankly speaking, The commission rate is too high especially fashion and Kids. Konga should try and review this, Merchant pay for a lot of things already. To me is Just as if Konga just want us to be working for them because when you pay for delivery from where you buy your item from,you pay for internet, you call customer,you pay to drop off . Tell me what will be left after all this and Konga still want to collect 15% and 12%. Konga left the problem they need to tackle about unserious Buyers but has always been so hard about Merchant. The latest trend on Konga now is suspension this and that. If the problem of unserious buyer can be tackled Konga too will know how much will come to their pocket even with the commission rate now, but they decided to ignore that and make sure the merchant pay for everything. I'm actually based in USA and i pay for delivery to my house in USA and deliver to Nigeria as well, not all merchant buy from Ali Baba and Ali Express because of their products low quality. Konga should tackle the real issue here which are the unserious buyer
