    im sick and tired of complaining about the shipping fee on my store.can a konga rep please tell me how much exactly is been charged to locations outside lagos. Currently i have 49 order numbers across my 3 storeswhich i have sent via mail to mall to remit the extra shipping fee that was charged me.
    
    i have spoken to 4 customer care agents who assured me that it was a technical glich. Even after they updated my delivery settings to 1500 im still seeing 1000 which means i will continue to bear the extra cost of delivery.

    These errors do happen every now and then but Konga has always refunded the excess. However, it appears the frequency of occurrence has increased and mall team members are not responding to emails. It will be good if we get a general email to all merchants explaining what the technical issues are and the expected time of resolution. I am not sure how efficient it is for Konga to be handling this issue on individual bases rather than addressing it holistically. Cheers

    Konga keeps claiming it's a technical glitch but I don't believe so anymore when it keeps occurring  it becomes a deliberate act. Konga it is taking you months to fix an issue and you expect us to believe it's an error, I was charged 750 extra from 2 Lagos orders. When did Lagos shipping become 1500?

    i also just confirmed from an agent that kos is having issues with their shipping rates that is why konga is updating delivery to 1500 as against 1000. this is pure selfisness on the part of konga.
    
    merchants are paying commission,2500 subscription and now delivery is been updated to 1500 how do you want orders to come in.
