  It was noticed recently after a shipment that the buyers phone number is incomplete; Although I now have the correct phone number. How do I get the phone number to the dispatch team?

  Kindly forward an email to mall@konga.com stating the details (location of drop off, phone number and order number)  you would like to communicate to K-express. Your request will be sent to the necessary K-express drop off Location.
