  • Inability to Update Store Contact Number

    While trying to login to my seller HQ store front, I got a pop message that requires that I update the store contact number which will be displayed on the store. Now I updated the number but the verification code is not being sent to my phone. I am unable to get past this pop up and unable to enter verification code since I did not receive one. Is anyone else facing the same issue? Please help.
    
    Note that I had to change the current number on my store profile as that is my personal number.

    This has been rectified from our end. Please log into your SHQ  to confirm.

    Please note your are yet to complete your new seller orientation, kindly log into your SHQ to upload a profile picture, then send a scanned copy of a valid form of identification (Driver's license, national identity card , international passport e.t.c ) to onboarding@konga.com and a representative will reach out to you.
