    Hello Dolapo,
Sending the SKU will be difficult considering I have over 50 items or so that were paused and set to NO.
This is a bad idea. Why would you make your merchants go through this?
Now, you require me to go one after the other to fill in the information again every month? As if filling them in the first time around is not had enough?
    Thank you.
    Very concerned Merchant.

I have updated my products and followed the procedures given by konga mall, but products are still not enabling, i have sent mail severally to mall@konga.com but no reply, the most painful of all this is that the paused products are the most meaningful, profitable and attractive products. What do i do, this is frustrating

Same thing happened to me. Logged on and about half my products were paused, with price and quantity = 0. not updating despite editing. Did their server crash or something. can't deal right now

I am having the same issue. In my store, the prices of some of my items were set to zero. A sharp customer took advantage of the situation and ordered an item for 0Naira instead of 285k Naira. When I Called Konga to ask if it was a prepaid order as I have had similar cases, the customer care guy opened up to me saying they paused items because of the exponential rise in exchange rate and that I should make adjustments to reflect current realities. I did just that but still can't enable my products.
*advice: pls don't ship any order with a "0" shipment value*

    Hello Cletus,
Please send an email to mall@konga.com with the affected SKUs so it can be looked into and resolved.
