    Dear Seller,
    Following numerous complaints and posts concerning unserious buyers and transactions on the platform, Konga has taken action!
    Konga has put measures in place to ensure the shopping accounts of  all customers with a high rate of undelivered orders compared to delivered and also a high number of rejected /cancelled orders are automatically disabled.
    This is a continual process to ensure only serious transactions are made on your stores.
    We are confident that this measure will discourage such buyers from placing orders. 
    NOTE: You will still be required to confirm customers interests in the orders placed from your stores before shipping them out.
