Shipping is one of the most important parts of selling online and we do our best to make this process as seamless as possible. In a bid to meet up with shipping expectations, we will like to bring to your notice our intention to increase shipping charges for customers. Tier Current rate New Rate Tier 1 N500 N750 ( Lagos) Tier 1 N1,000 N1,250 (Rivers & Abuja ) Tier 2 N1,000 N1,500 (State Capitals) Tier 3 N1,500 N3,000 (Anywhere outside Tiers 1 & 2) What This Means for You: - Starting November 19th 2015 the new shipping charges will be implemented and customers will now be required to pay the new shipping charges when placing orders. - Please note that all shipment rates will be updated automatically on SellerHQ. - We advise that you review your shipping charges and product prices, especially if you currently offer Free Shipping to your customers. Note that you can still offer lower shipping charges to your customers if you wish to by updating delivery settings on your SHQ. Remember: You STILL have the option of delivering your items yourself or via other courier services. Also, K-Network partners are available to take the stress off you by picking up your items from you and delivering to the customer.
