    just wondering why emails aren't replied to these days and the forum hardly attended to. can we just have the phone numbers of all kos offices so we can call them ourself. i have orders sitting in several locations for days without being taken out for delivery.
    to think 19 out of 20 of my sales come from customers i direct to my store. Konga isn't helping sellers at all

    Their attitude towards this business is becoming something else. They dont reply mail, they dont deliver on time, money delayed in escrow and money does not move to escrow. If you call, they will say technical glitch which has started for the past 3 weeks with its end date unknown to them talkless of the merchant. I am sure something is happening to them.
    We merchant just need to be gamble before konga will become MMM for us. I have many pending orders but i am afraid i cant ship tgem cos i dont want my money delayed, goods returned or be hearing something like technical glitch issue.
    I just hope Konga has not been hooked
