    Dear Konga Community
Konga has focused a lot up till now on rating sellers on the platform. We will even be improving this better in the next 2 weeks.
However, to be fair to sellers and to create a better community, we would like begin to rate Buyers also.
Please share your ideas on the metrics and methods we can use to rate Buyers.
This thread is open to both buyers and sellers.
Thanks in advance for any well thought out input.

We can also rate buyers according to the number of purchases they have made (just like we do for sellers). We could use a different symbol for them instead of jewels or crowns. Maybe the Naira sign in their case. After all, they are the ones really spending on purchasing orders.

I guess we can work with how many overall successful orders the buyer has had on Konga, how many returns they have made and if the reasons given for the return made sense. An example could be if a buyer orders on Konga and chooses POD but returns the first 3 purchases. In that case, he or she should be blacklisted. Obviously, such a person is not ready to buy anything on Konga. That's my own two cents. Hope it helps.
