  Please people, I started a store on Konga recently but do to time, because of my current jobs i don't have time to take care of the shop so i want to close the hop. i have tried doing that by myself from the dashboard but i cant find how. So i wish somebody can help me.

  Once your mail has been received via mall@konga.com, a representative of ours will reach out to you to assist in closing your store and resolve any other issue you might have.

  I have tried to put the store on vacation. after selecting the vacation date it keeps flagging "Wrong date format". don't know what is wrong.

  Please send an email to mall@konga.com informing them on your decision to close your store also state the reasons for your decision. This will be taken care of.
