    Your cancellation rate is the percentage of orders that have been cancelled by the system due to non-shipment(auto-cancellation), cancelled by the customer or cancelled by you(seller).

    Ideally, you should have 0% cancellation rate but often, that’s not the case which you are most likely unhappy about.
