How many sellers carry out regular audits? I have seen some gaps recently on Konga (maybe due to changes happening), and trust me, you need to carry out audits on your store to be safe. If not for regular audits I carry out, I wouldn’t have discovered this and my money might be gone without knowing I am yet to be paid for an order that was delivered to the customer by Konga and its money collected by Konga, but not yet remitted to my account. This order was fulfilled just before the self fulfil change era, so I suspect this was the reason for the abnormality. The transaction happened as follows; The product shipping was initiated on the 16th of April, 2015 through Konga, and Konga used DHL for shipping. This was just before Self-fulfill started. So this order was not carried out by me, it was carried out by Konga. But to my surprise, during self-fulfil transition, the order changed to a self-fulfilled order (like I have done delivery myself and collected money). This is absolutely strange. I have contacted Konga Mall, I also sent them screenshots for delivery confirmation from Kexpress site and from DHL site. but they are yet to resolve this issue. It’s been several weeks since this issue started, money has been collected from the customer by Konga and the product already in use by customer. I hoping for an answer soon. As I need the money to return to re-stock my products.
