    Hello Adaobi,
At the moment the charge for orders outside Lagos is N1000( this was done to encourage more customers shop on the platform). Sometimes the system charges N1500 which was the initial charge for shipping before the promo( this is caused by a technical glitch which we are working on fixing). However, if you have been overcharged N500 on any order(s), please send an email with the order numbers to mall@konga.com. it will be investigated and the balance will be refunded to your wallet.

@kene I If it's 1500 why is it not shown when the customer is placing the order instead you charge the customer 1000 and charge the seller extra 500. Who is supposed to pay shipping fees customers or sellers? I have tried changing my shipping charge it can't be changed so how come I am bearing the cost of shipping. Konga has charged extra 500 from 5 of my orders cutting my profit into 2 and yet u expect us to pay for selling on the platform, you guys are committing broad day light fraud

    Hello Moses,
The shipping charge for Lagos deliveries remain N750 while delivery outside Lagos is N1500 or N3000 depending on the exact location. If you have been charged over these amounts. please send an email to mall@konga.com, also include the necessary information to help us investigate the situation. Do have a great day.
