  • how do I prevent auto cancellation of an order lately delivered

    Please house, i was supposed to deliver an order today but due to circumstance beyond my control, I could not, please what can I do to prevent auto cancellation that could result to store suspension

    Kindly send an email to ordercontinuity@konga.com stating the reason why you will be unable to ship this order.

    Please what is the way out because this particular order cannot be delivered within 48hours due to circumstances beyond my control

    To avoid an auto cancellation, you will be required to ship all orders received on your SHQ within 48 hours.
