  • High return rates by unserious buyers

    Konga needs to do something about unserious customers. If a customer has returned an order more than 5 times, does it mean all five items ordered by the customer were not satisfactory? 
    The customer is definitely not doing something right or is only making unserious orders
    I shipped an item to this guy who has returned orders 9 times and has only paid for one. I called him when I accepted the order, called him when I shipped it, Called him everyday after the shipping. Yet he sounded very positive. 
    Only for his to return the order, Of course his profile was not encouraging but business is about taking risks right? 
    Konga please encourage payment before delivery so we can know serious customers. We all shop on Amazon, Asos, River Island, Aliexpress. Don't we all pay before delivery? Yet we have to wait weeks for delivery.

    Konga has really tried on this issue because I can see return rates has reduced drastically on like before.
    But dear colleagues, do you know I can boastfully tells you that ,most of these returns are from merchants like you and I?
    Yes! Don't be surprise,I caught one red handed of recent on another platform,and I dealt with him like serious.
    If you will observe your returns order,you will notice that its usually from your top selling products,what this people do is to try and get what the products looks like and go ahead to list it on their store,before they invest in it,if Konga can do the task on some of the most frequent buyers ,they will observe what am saying,and I can say that even the one they have received is from their store,they disguised by using different names and different phone numbers,I have one order in my new order as we speak,but unfortunately for the buyer ,I can guess is going to be a rejected order upon delivery,and I have my fact but I will wait till the order gets to him,before I report or get harsh at him.
    So i mplore bad eggs among us,to desist from it,as it does not pays .

    Payment before delivery will actually separate the serious from and un serious buyers.
