Can someone please point to the direction to go if after several months your returned products are yet to get to you. I still have some outstanding returns from December last year and the painful part is that some of those are fast selling products.
I have sent several emails to mall@konga.com and called Konga helpline uncountable times, the response have been "we will get back to you within 48 hours" Is there something I need to do differently? thanks.

Olusola, Items for returns will be returned to you by Konga, you dont need to pick up your returns personally.
When Customers are unavailable, Items are sent back to the Merchant.

Hello, I have had an item returned. where do I pick returned items from and how do i know they are ready for pickup?
Secondly, if a customer has not been reached after 2 attempted delivery, what happens?
Thanks

Thanks @Ajani and Teju. Self fulfillment may be a good idea but I doubt if it's going to be a magic wand. Konga should hold her employees to account, there is too much inefficiency along their value chain. Kexpress employees should know that they have their jobs because there buyers and sellers and not the other way round.

May be because of the holiday and aslo because of the change that will soon take place on Konga. You have taken the right step and i will still urge you to send another mail to mall@konga.com once again

Hi Obioma,
We appreciate your patience so far and apologize for the delay. We are also currently putting things right with all products returned and with the launch of Self-Fulfil, we are certain this will dwindle to a trickle.
If you have sent a mail to mall@konga.com that was successfully delivered, you should receive a response shortly.

Get back to you on konga mall is a programmed language. I don't even bother myself again on the statement
