    Hi there,
We hope your year has started off great.
Here at Konga, we continue to look into ways to ensure your seller experience is profitable and educative.
To help us support this, we will like to have your suggestions on the kind of training you will like us to offer in 2016.

What is Konga doing to ensure that customers have the right information about what they want to order from their platform?
We have sent series of emails and I have seen messages from other sellers too regarding the problems merchant are facing concerning shoe sizes on Konga platform. What has konga done to ensure that if customers want to order for shoes or other things that has to do with sizing, they other the right thing. Almost all the customer know their size in Europe size but majority of them get confuse about UK and USA sizes. I use to see the size conversion chart on konga before but now it's not like that, as a seller I am even confuse on the size to list cos some customers will order for a USA size today and tomorrow they order for UK sizes and at the end of it you will realize that the shoe the customer ordered for will not size her. Why can't konga go with the sizes every Nigerian is aware of which is the European sizing.
Any one that sells shoe can contribute to this, if there is any better way to go about it. Even most parents get do confuse about their children sizes cos there is size 4 shoe for an infant and there is size 4 shoe for older child of age 8-9 but if I just list a shoe as size 4, how will the buyer know if it is for infant or older child? There are so many things Konga can do to all this but they just kept quiet and this is why there are so much return on shoes.

As a store owner working on a tight budget, I intend to get my images up on konga asap. The biggest investment I have made with respect to this is buying a fair enough camera. However, when I compare the kind of images I take with the standards I see, i feel it can be better.
