  • HELP. My money has left escrow but my account hasn't been Funded.

    Proceeds from sales of about four items from my store which was previously held in escrow, have left escrow since about thursday last week and up till now my account hasn't been funded.
     I recently lost my atm card and replaced it with a new one, could that be the cause.

    I have the same problem. i called Konga and they asked that i contact my bank. My bank confirmed not having any record of the transfer. i have sent mails to Konga and am still expecting a resolution. There seems to be a lot of issues with their website and i hope they resolve theses issues on time. i need all my outstanding sales proceeds to  run my small business. Please Konga, attend to these issues.

    Hello Victor,
    Definitely,the loss of your ATM card is no cause for the late release.
    Follow due process by sending an email to mall@konga.com .
    Do intimate konga of  your transactions and wait for their feedback.
