    How do I knw if my order has b accepted?

    Hello Opeyemi,
    The New order life cycle is New - Shipped. The accepted status on orders has been removed. 
    This means, when you receive an order on your SellerHQ all that is required is to print out the invoice, pack your order properly and drop off at the nearest K-express center for shipment, K-express will be responsible for shipping and updating your order to shipped.
    You are only required to change the shipment status to shipped by self if you decide to deliver the order yourself or use a different delivery company.
    To view your orders , Log into your SellerHQ, Go to 'Manage Orders', click on 'New Orders'.
