Dear Sellers, To ensure all self-fulfilled orders are updated promptly by your buyer, we have shared a step by step process on how your buyers can update their orders to delivered: 1) After you self-deliver an order, you will be required to mark order as “Delivered”. Once you have updated these orders to “Delivered”, your buyer will receive the email notification to confirm delivery of the orders you updated. 2) Your buyer can confirm delivery of order by logging into www.konga.com with their account details. And once logged in, buyer moves to click on their username and a drop down list will appear under username. Buyer then clicks on “My Order” to view the order history. 3) Buyer is navigated to their Order History page and can click on “Order Delivered” to mark order as delivered. A pop up box will appear asking buyer to be sure order has been delivered before selecting "Yes". 4) Buyer clicks “Yes” if order has been delivered and gets another pop up page thanking them for marking order as delivered.
