      I didn't know this forum exist until a couple of minutes now. I have been on Konga for a few months and I have my first order now.

  1) Contact the customer to confirm interest.
  
  2) Pack your order properly and  print out your invoice
  
  3)  Drop off at the K-express center closest to you - https://shq.konga.com/site/dropoff
  
  K-express will be responsible for shipping and receiving payment for your orders. More on payment - http://community.konga.com/thread/payment-1
