    who else has noticed that konga has increased its delivery fee.the funny thing is that when the order is placed you see a lesser amount until you ship and go through the invoice you notice the the difference.the worst part is that you cant update your delivery settings.
    
    dear merchants place your store on vacation else you will continue to bear the extra cost for delivery.

    I sent a mail with the affected order numbers. initially I got a reply but no refund. So I resent the mail two days ago. Yesterday my wallet was refunded. Thank you Konga. I'll suggest other sellers should send them mails until it's resolved

    I thought I was the only one been affected. It is now clear to us that this is a system error.
    
    What is Konga doing to rectify this error please!

    have been facing that thing here on almost 5 order shipping lagos should 750 now i see 1500... and rest of the money will be remove on my account that not fair

    I have similar experience. I sent a mail stating the affected order numbers  yet I've not been refunded. Rather another order number has been affected

    same thing has happened to me too infact twice in a week i have sent konga a mail and they replied that they are looking into it but honestly im really unhappy

    I noticed it too I hope they fix all this issues as soon as possible. They seem to be doing everything wrong lately.
