  Can Konga please create a log for the Escrow pay-in & pay-out just like the Konga wallet. So its easier to keep track of the payments.

  Hello Odunayo, 
  Funds for orders  without a return policy stay in escrow for 3 days.
  However, please note we have been experiencing some delay in wallet payments, our tech support team are working on this. An update will be provided accordingly.

  on all my products on konga, i stated "no return policy" so why is the payment held in escrow

  @Stella thanks for bringing this up, just as suggested we would be implementing this in the SHQ Version 2.0 that is about to be launched with Self Fulfill, However forr now you can get this information in your Transaction History log.
