    Please, what is the Escalation procedure at Konga beyond Mall@Konga.com? The people there seem to be 1st line support only and they are not providing required resolution. They are best receivers and informants for our issues. I need to escalate ASAP

    Our mall mailbox is the dedicated channel for escalating all queries, requests and complaints from our Sellers. 
    Kindly make a formal complaint to mall@konga.com and your request will be forwarded to the necessary units to treat accordingly.
